Illam : These are traditional Kerala Houses with antique furniture and doors. Each house has 2 bedrooms- one of these being a deluxe with a living room and the other being an ordinary room which can also be rented separately. |

Jeeva and Jyothi : These are also Kerala houses with two bedrooms which can be rented separately and are located on the slopes leading to the beach. |
Nalukettu : The Nalukettu are traditional kerala houses with four bedrooms , surrounded by a verandah with an inner open courtyard and antique doors and pillars overlooking the ocean. The Cottage Cottages at the Somatheeram are round thatched villas, built of natural mud and bricks. The restaurant serves regional South Indian, Tandoori, Grill, Continental and Chinese cuisine.
